Your are still babies
Hebrews 5:11Amplified Bible (AMP) 11 Concerning this we have much to say, and it is hard to explain, since you have become dull and sluggish in hearing and disinclined to listen. 12 For though by this time you ought to be teachers , you actually need someone to teach you again the elementary principles of God’s word , and you have come to be continually in need of milk, not solid food. Heb 12: 13 For everyone who lives on milk is unskilled in the word of righteousness, since he is a spiritual infant. 14 But solid food is for the mature, whose senses are trained by practice to distinguish between what is morally good and what is evil. Why are you still babies?
Dull of hearing.
Mat 13:12 Whenever someone has a ready heart for this, the insights and understandings flow freely. But if there is no readiness, any trace of receptivity soon disappears. Mat 13:14 I don't want Isaiah's forecast repeated all over again: Your ears are open but you don't hear a thing. Your eyes are awake but you don't see a thing.

2. Without Experience - No Action
Hebrews 5:13, “for everyone who lives on milk is unskilled
Unskilled” means “without experience.”
Jas 2:14 My friends, what good is it for one of you to say that you have faith if your actions do not prove it? Can that faith save you? Jas 2:15 Suppose there are brothers or sisters who need clothes and don't have enough to eat. Jas 2:16 What good is there in your saying to them, "God bless you! Keep warm and eat well!"---if you don't give them the necessities of life? Jas 2:17 So it is with faith: if it is alone and includes no actions, then it is dead.
Isa 58:10 if you give food to the hungry and satisfy those who are in need, then the darkness around you will turn to the brightness of noon. Isa 58:11 And I will always guide you and satisfy you with good things. I will keep you strong and well. You will be like a garden that has plenty of water, like a spring of water that never goes dry.
No Practice in your senses
Heb 5: 14 But solid food is for the
mature, whose senses are trained by practice

Philippians 1:9-11 The Message (MSG) 9-11 So this is my prayer: that your love will flourish and that you will not only love much but well. Learn to love appropriately. You need to use your head and test your feelings so that your love is sincere and intelligent, not sentimental gush. Live a lover’s life, circumspect and exemplary, a life Jesus will be proud of: bountiful in fruits from the soul, making Jesus Christ attractive to all, getting everyone involved in the glory and praise of God.
Rom 12:1 So then, my friends, because of God's great mercy to us I appeal to you: Offer yourselves as a living sacrifice to God, dedicated to his service and pleasing to him. This is the true worship that you should offer. Rom 12:2 Do not conform yourselves to the standards of this world, but let God transform you inwardly by a complete change of your mind. Then you will be able to know the will of God---what is good and is pleasing to him and is perfect.
Let’s move to maturity
Hebrews 6:1-3 The Message (MSG) 6 1-3 So come on, let’s leave the preschool finger-painting exercises on Christ and get on with the grand work of art. Grow up in Christ. The basic foundational truths are in place: turning your back on “salvation by self-help” and turning in trust toward God; baptismal instructions; laying on of hands; resurrection of the dead; eternal judgment. God helping us, we’ll stay true to all that. But there’s so much more. Let’s get on with it!
